Day 01 :

Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Ziz Valley – Merzouga – Sahara Desert

We begin the journey from Fes, leaving the ancient medina behind as we wind into the Middle Atlas Mountains. Our first stop is Ifrane, Morocco’s "Little Switzerland," known for its crisp air and alpine architecture. In Azrou, we pause in the cedar forests to greet the wild Barbary macaques. The landscape shifts as we descend into the Ziz Valley, with its endless date palms and traditional ksour villages. By late afternoon, we reach Merzouga, where your camel awaits.

You’ll ride into the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi, just in time for sunset. The evening unfolds in a desert camp. Berber dinner, music around the fire, and a sky full of stars.

Day 02 :

Merzouga – Rissani – Todra Gorge – Dades Gorges

After an early wake-up to catch the sunrise over the dunes, we return to Merzouga by camel or 4x4. Following breakfast and a quick shower, we drive through Rissani, once a thriving caravan town. Then, the route carves through dramatic desert plains and oasis towns, heading toward the Todra Gorge — where 300-meter cliffs frame a narrow canyon perfect for a scenic walk. In the afternoon, we continue to the majestic Dades Gorges, a region known for its red rock walls and winding roads. Spend the evening in a charming guesthouse or kasbah tucked between the cliffs.

Day 03 :

Explore Dades Valley and the Rose Route

This day is yours to breathe and explore. You’ll have time to enjoy the peace of the Dades Valley, with options for short hikes, photo stops at the famous Monkey Fingers rock formations, and visits to nearby Berber villages. Drive a scenic loop through the Valley of Roses, where the air is scented with wildflowers in spring, and meet local artisans who craft rose-based products by hand. This is also a day to encounter the real Morocco — away from the crowds, where tradition still runs deep. Return to Dades in the late afternoon for your second night in the gorge.

Day 04 :

Dades – Skoura – Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou – Marrakech

After breakfast, we hit the road west. The first stop is Skoura Oasis, home to crumbling kasbahs hidden among date palms. Then on to Ouarzazate, the “Hollywood of Morocco,” known for its desert film studios. Next is a guided walk through the UNESCO-listed Ait Benhaddou, a mud-brick ksar frozen in time and famous for movies like Gladiator and Game of Thrones. Finally, we ascend the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, winding through the High Atlas Mountains, with panoramic views at every turn. By late afternoon, we arrive in Marrakech, where the tour ends — but your Moroccan memories are just beginning.
